Frequently Asked Questions

Enroll in automatic monthly billing, and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an even monthly payment plan and you’ll choose the day of the month you want your payments to be processed. It’s that easy!

Total Automatic Billing is used to pay the entire remaining balance of your reservation via automatic monthly payments. This can be done with one credit card to cover the entire balance of your reservation, or in conjunction with an additional Choose Your Amount plan that covers a fixed portion of the balance.

Choose Your Amount automatic billing is when you setup a credit card to cover a partial, fixed amount of the total reservation balance. Usually this is done when roommates are splitting the cost. For instance, on a $3000 reservation one guest may setup Choose Your Amount automatic billing for $1500.

It’s convenient. Payments are automatic and evenly divided. No chance of forgetting to pay.

If you have Total Automatic Billing and your reservation balance changes (for instance, if you add a guest or upgrade your stateroom), we’ll adjust the payment amounts on the Total Automatic Billing plan and notify all guests via email. Your payment dates won’t change.

If you have a Choose Your Amount plan and the reservation balance changes, no automatic adjustments will take place.

Yes, you will be emailed you payment reminders a few days before each payment is processed, and we’ll email a payment confirmation after each payment is processed.

Payments will be monthly on the day of the month you choose. The number of payments is based on how many months there are from the time you book to the final payment date (on or around October 15, 2024). Once you complete the registration process, a complete breakdown of payments will be sent to you prior to your initial deposit.

Our CRM (Travel E-Solutions) and Norwegian Cruise Lines credit card processing company complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), a set of comprehensive requirements developed by the major card brands to facilitate consistent data security measures. In order to protect your information, we do not store your credit card information, but for guests enrolled in automatic billing our CRM company does.

When a credit card is declined at the time of processing, an email will be sent to the billing guest in the cabin notifying them that their card did not process. In the event that the customer wishes to update their card, a new credit card authorization form will be sent. If the customer wishes us to try their card again on a specific date, that can be arranged as well.

Yes. Each guest can setup their own automatic billing. If you indicate on your registration form that each person is paying for their own portion of the trip, we will reach out to each person to find out how they wish to do their payments.

We strongly urge you to obtain adequate travel insurance to cover any medical treatment and/or medical evacuation while overseas.

There are medical facilities on board. However they are limited in what they can do onboard and the cost for basic items such as sea sick patches can be much higher than you will find onshore.

Given the worldwide relaxation of global protocols and travel requirements, Norwegian Cruise Line and TDJ Travel have updated our protocols to further align to those of the broader travel, leisure and hospitality industry, making it easier for guests to return to sea with us. Effective for all sailings as of October 4, 2022, we welcome all guests to sail with us, regardless of vaccination status and age, and with no testing or masking requirements.

Please note that destination specific travel requirements supersede any NCL embarkation protocols. Visit ncl.com/travel-requirements-by-country for more details. There may be additional testing requirements and/or entry forms for certain embarkation ports and/or ports of call along an itinerary. We encourage you to check back as your vacation approaches, as regulations may change, and make sure to complete any necessary forms before leaving home.

Once you’ve received your Norwegian Cruise Line reservation number (approximately 4-6 weeks prior to sailing), please contact the Access Desk. They will annotate your boarding pass to allow you to bring breast milk through security during embarkation. For onboard storage, you can request your mini-fridge to be emptied in advance through the Access Desk or directly with your cabin steward. If your cabin lacks a mini-fridge, you may request storage from your cabin steward or opt for an ice bucket in your room.

Breastfeeding Options While in Port:

While there are no designated breastfeeding areas while in port, please approach a staff member for guidance and recommendations. Additionally, guests are free to exit and re-board the ship at their convenience while docked in port, ensuring easy access to cabins.

We have a select number of cabins we have reserved at an already discounted group rate. If booking two(2) guests into an Interior, Balcony, or Club Balcony Suite; you are already receiving the best rate on these rooms. If you are booking one(1), three(3), or four(4) guests, or you are booking a cabin category outside of our stateroom block; we will need to quote you the current sailing rate but will be able to apply any current promotions to that cabin rate.

We advise arriving at the ship by 2:00 pm on the day of departure. To avoid rushing or missing the ship due to flight delays, it’s best to fly in a day earlier or opt for a pre-extension.

Disembarkation begins once the ship is cleared by customs. The ship returns to Port Canaveral at 7:00am, and customs procedures typically conclude by 8:00 to 9:00 am on the final day. Passengers who carry their luggage can disembark once the ship is cleared. Alternatively, if you prefer to have porters handle your luggage, Norwegian will provide a luggage tag on the last night with a designated time slot for disembarkation. Upon leaving the ship, you can collect your luggage accordingly.
