This form will collect all the necessary information to process your reservation. Before beginning, please make sure you have all the following information for each guest in your cabin:
Full contact information including phone, email, address, birthday, and t-shirt size. If you do not know who the additional people will be in your cabin, you can enter TBD for the name and use your information for the other fields.
On the last page of this form you will be asked how you wish to make your payments. Please familiarize yourself with the payment options available at

Within the next 1 to 2 business days you will receive and email with your Norwegian reservation number, stateroom number & location, and breakdown of the price. This email will contain a link to a secure credit card authorization form for you to make your deposit.
Once you complete the credit card authorization we will finalize the reservation and send you an invoice confirmation.
Future payments will be applied based on your answer to "How would you like to be billed?" above.
Next Steps:
Within the next 1 to 2 business days you will receive and email with your Norwegian reservation number, stateroom number & location, and breakdown of the price.
When the scheduled time comes, our representative will call you to start the application process with UpLift. You will need to be by a smart phone or computer in order to complete the process.
After you complete the UpLift process, we will complete the reservation on our side and UpLift will send you an email with your loan information. This is normally done immediately but sometimes it may require them time to manually process your account.
Once the reservation has been completed, we will send you an invoice confirmation.
On the off chance that UpLift does not approve your application, we can explore other payment options.

After the cabin has been secured, you will receive an email with a link to a secure credit card authorization form.
